YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS
PALMY HAS ANSWERS
Can I use any photo?
Pretty much—as long as it’s yours to use. People, pets, cars, vacation photos, questionable selfies...we’ve seen a little bit of everything. Just keep it PG-13—swimsuits are fine, nudity is not. (Our printers blush easily.)
For the best results, start with a clear, well-lit photo where your subject is nice and easy to see. See more Photo Tips here.
How fast do you ship?
We print and ship from Jacksonville, FL in 1–3 business days.
Because waiting two weeks to see how yours turned out would really kill the vibe.
How long does it take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after they're shipped. You can select 2-Day Shipping upgrade at checkout.
How long does the scent last?
About a week or so, depending on where you hang it. That's on purpose — we use gentler fragrance blends instead of the harsh chemical fixatives that make gas-station fresheners last a month (and give you a headache doing it).
When the scent fades, the photo doesn't. Read about the scents we use (and the ones we refuse to) → Our Scents.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Every order is backed by TheFreshener Promise. If you don’t love it, we’ll make it right, free of charge.

Good quality, picture looks great not blurry and smells good. Love it I will definitely order later in the future
I love the pic (it is of my sweet dog that recently passed away). I wasn’t real crazy about the scent, but it didn’t last very long so it was ok.

Saw this company in an ad on Instagram and decided to try it out. Got me and my wife an air freshener of our dog and it turned out perfect! High quality, the scent was awesome and we both love them.
The air freshener looks great & I love the scent! The turn around time was quicker than expected.
Strong smell!!
Love getting this! 100% recommended!
Love these- bought as a gift and they were a big hit! Took off one star because the image printed was very faded- not nearly as vivid as the photo provided.
Lost scent pretty quickly. Other than that I love it!
I got three of these air fresheners with my new granddaughter's face. Grampa loved it as did my daughter. They are a nice size but be wary of it creating a blindspot when you drive. The scent was great.
Turned out so awesome!
Just what I was thinking
Perfect!
The smell dissipates way too fast!
