Every freshener is checked and prepped by a real designer before it prints, and made by hand in sunny Florida. If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or just not right, email us at orders@thefreshener.com within 7 days and we'll remake or replace it at no charge. No return shipping, no hoops, no fine print doing sneaky things.
TheFreshener got a glow-up — brighter colors, a bolder logo, and a new face around the shop: Palmy, our Chief Vibe Officer. Every scent gets his sniff of approval before it ships. Yes, that's the whole job. Yes, he's very good at it.
What hasn't changed: same Florida shop, same handpicked scents, same TheFreshener Promise on every order.
Heads up: while we switch everything over, some packaging may still show up in our classic look. Your freshener inside is exactly the same — either way, it's the real deal.
